When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use Perklexity, we store which cards and services you have selected, your search history, and which perks you have marked as redeemed. We do not collect or store any financial information, card numbers, account numbers, or sensitive personal data.
We use your data solely to provide the Perklexity service — matching your activities to relevant perks from your selected cards and services. We use your email address to send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) and, if you have opted in, product updates and perk reminders. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Perklexity uses Claude (Anthropic) to process your search queries and generate perk recommendations. Your search queries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for details on how they handle data. We do not include any personally identifiable information in AI prompts beyond what is necessary to answer your query.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@perklexity.com.
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use the following third-party services to operate Perklexity: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI processing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@perklexity.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email. Continued use of Perklexity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
